I posted before the VirtuSphere which is a system that allows a user to move in all directions in a Virtual Space, allowing them to walk freely in a sphere which in turns gives the impression that the user is moving inside a virtual reality. It seems as if Wall-E was inspired by the UBot-5. Unlike Wall-E this is a real robot that could help us take care of elderly relatives from miles away. On the scary side it seems that it could be used by someone very paranoid looking for you in a building that has UBot-5, it could search rooms via internet to find you and you can forget about your privacy.
