well, it might seem like its a joke by how simple it looks to start a car with a wool hat, but it said that you had to rub the wool hat for 10 minutes. so that might make it a little more believable

This has got to be bull-oney. It takes several hours to charge a car battery when you use a home car charger. There’s no way that ten minutes of static can make the kind of power it takes to turn you engine.

My advice to you- instead of keeping a wool hat in your car, always buy cars with manual transmissions. That way, you can push start it if you’re in a bind.
