This is just another proof that the simplest of inventions are the most effective. It seems that this one is really going to help slow down the mad drivers. It works by inflating speed bumps on roads when a speeding car is detected. The driver is given a warning with a low elevation of bumps but if he keeps on going the level will rise and slow him down. Maybe even cost him his shocks. VIDEO->
