		<description>I live in Arizona where the Sun shines 300+ days a year. I have experimented with Solar batteries. This is a great idea. I'm very much for solar power (how can you tax that?) Reading this, most of you wouldn't believe that I'm a Republican (who is all for green without having much green)!</description>

		<description>Back around 1994 I sold some Motorola TelTac batteries that had a solar cell on the back. Your phone would recharge lying on a windowsill, on the dash of your car, or on top of your backpack. They were only about 5 or 10 dollars more than the plain battery.</description>
