# Amazing Discovery with Magnets

This brand new discovery/invention was only patented in 2012. They claim that it is a new property of a magnetic toy that was not observed before. I very much doubt that but the effect is indeed intriguing. What do you make of this? Is there a name for such magnetic phenomena?
