Let’s start the year in style and a futuristic reality with this cool “tricorder”. It is pure coincidence that the previous post was about a Holodeck and was also related to StarTrek. This time, the term “tricorder” derives from StarTrek as well and the technology developed by Scandau is what we have the closest to a “tricorder”, medical monitoring device. Just an example of how sci-fi dictates where our technology is going.
