# This Giant Bubble is the Nimbus e-Car – an Off-Road Electric Vehicle

The electric car community just got an adorable new member.

 
The Nimbus e-Car is powered by a 130Kw (180hp) electrical engine drawing, paired with a micro combustion generator. The solar photovoltaic cells mounted on the roof generate extra power, while a regenerative brake conserves as much as possible.
The chassis is made from carbon fiber, titanium and aluminum – a combo ensuring lightness and strength at the same time.
Inside, there’s an integrated 4G LTE Wi-Fi hub, USB ports, power outlets, and to top things off, a 7-inch tablet in the center console for all the vital info (power left, etc.)
