# Truck Shakes the Ground So Hard It Can Simulate Earthquakes

The University of Texas Cockrell School of Engineering has three large-scale mobile shakers, affectionately known as “T-Rex”, “Thumper”, and “Liquidator”. These were funded by the NSF Network for Earthquake Engineering Simulation (NEES).
