# Ultra-fast Robotic Arm Catching Objects

A robot developed by EPFL researchers is capable of reacting on the spot and grasping objects with complex shapes and trajectories in less than five hundredths of a second. One day this robotic hand might catch you falling from a stairway or perhaps catch you falling from a roller coaster.
