Transparent displays are out there but are certainly still in the realm of cutting-edge experimental machines. However, when the time comes that transparent screens will be viable for use in mass-produced products and miniaturization allows for very small components to power a tablet, this might be what a transparent iPad will look like. This is a concept developed by artist Ricardo Afonso which he put up at the TurboSquid site. Would you buy something like this?
