Not sure if I would have the guts to try this glass snowboard. I understand they made it crash friendly but still, glass is glass, if you fall on broken glass you will probably be picked up by a red chopper. I don’t know how to describe these hillbillies who build monster engines wanting to go up a hill even if it means to do a backflip, hit a tree, roll down the hill and do it again. Pay attention in the first video at 2:45 where he jumps in the air, hits a tree and continues his business. Most of these vehicles have more than 1000 horse power. This group broke the world record for having 120+ skydivers jumping together with head facing down. People are really awesome but if you still doubt that, check out the second video.

An Austrian adventurer planning the highest sky dive in history has announced that he will make the record attempt later this year. Felix Baumgartner will jump from a balloon 36.5km up (23 miles/120,000ft), where any leak in his pressurised suit would cause his blood to vaporize. He will fall so fast that he becomes the first person to go faster than the speed of sound unaided by a machine. Many have sought to achieve the feat down the decades but all have failed.

I posted base jumpers on High T3ch before and we were all impressed on how close they get to the edge of mountains. This time around base jumper Jeb Corliss with over 1,000 jumps in his pocket didn’t calculate his trajectory well enough, hitting both legs in the edge of the rock and landing prematurely as well as having both of his legs broken. But his alright, he survived, he says he will continue to jump after he recovers. Kudos to Jeb!
