This artificial snow blower or rather a “humidificator” is perfect for your desktop, all you need is a water bottle. Unless you want it to spray coke. Made by a Japanese company this gadget could well replace our little desk fans or maybe not…VIDEO->

    I think its just a humidificator…
    it just blows water into the air, its not frozen, just making the room more humid
