V8-Powered Brimstone Quadracycle – a Cross Between Hot Rod and Motorcycle

The quad bike layout of the Brimstone Quadracycle is quite cool. But that is not all that’s special about this vehicle.

The spicy cross between a hot rod and a motorcycle is hand-built of carbon fiber, aluminum, titanium as well as magnesium. Each Brimstone Quadracycle is configured differently.

Probably, the coolest one is Dart 427 – 455-cubic-inch (7.0 – 7.4 litre) small block V8 that produces up to 750-horsepower. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission and an aluminium 8.8 Ford IRS differential. All of this equates to a blistering 0-60mph run in just 2.8-seconds, and 0-120 mph from a standing start in just 6-seconds.
