If someone steals the briefcase, the bag actually BARKS at an eardrum-piercing 197.5 db. However this item is a HOAX according to an item from Wikipedia.

The 197.5db comment alone is enough to show it as a hoax. An M-16 rifle fired right next to the unprotected ear is ~150db, which is enough to shatter the bones in the area.
