The thing about women is that to be beautiful they just have to remain natural. When you look at a woman’s body, and the standards in which we consider them sexy, it is a body that has not been worked on, no need to lift weights or do anything to it and they will be beautiful. But media wants us to believe that beauty is a Barbie. Men like natural, curvy women, not Barbies that look like sticks. The same way women prefer lean men, not huge guys with muscles. Sorry dudes, statistics show that your muscles are only impressing a small minority of ladies, the rest prefer men that are lean. So stop going to the gym and start running.
