MotionDSP is a web based interface that will improve low quality/resolution videos into much higher quality videos. The technology comes from the U.S Military back in 1998 and the main reasercher behind the techonlogy is now founding Motion DSP. It works by comparing multiple frames in a video to find and replace lost pixels in any other frame, enhancing the experience with little increase in overall file size. The t3ch works best when the video is not moving rapidly but tends to improve pretty much any low quality video. And as you might have guessed it already, it is going to improve YouTube too! The service is going into beta for consumers this year and it will be free for the users to upload and use.
