You can create a cheap solar heater for less than $10. What you need is a plexiglass, black spray paint, lots of pennies and a foam board. Once assembled it should be placed infront of a window. It can increase the room temperature by a minimum of 10 degrees depending on the amount of sunlight. Possibly saving $40/month. VIDEO->
