Im a huge fan of Adidas and their running shoes and I have posted a few of their products here before including the +F50 Tunit. Now they managed to really surprise me with these springs attached to shoes. Are we heading in the direction where marathon runners will have springs on their shoes to beat records? And did we really need this many years of making running shoes and technology to find out that springs under shoes was the best and brightest idea? This whole thing with Springblade Adidas sounds and looks ridiculous. What if Usain Bolt ran the 100m with springs underneath? He might have celebrated at the start line and not at the finish.
