Envizons Computer Entertainment announced just recently their plans for a new console. Kotaku-> Evo, ‘next generation media hub’ that “allows customers to pause, rewind and record live TV, store family photos, play 3D PC games, and access console like applications. The Evo will cost $679. It launches on October 20th in North America. Specs->
It will feature a Sapphire Radeon HDMI X1600 Pro graphics, clock speeds of 500MHz core and 800MHz memory, 128MB-DDR3 memory, a liquid cooling system, built in biometric fingerprint reader and digital video recording capabilities. Too good to be true…

Hmm, i say HOAX, just like that “Phantom” console…
Same here!!
It’s all well and good, but they’re going to need to shove in plenty of ram to justify that price!
Besides, they just wont get the developer support unless they make the games more or less write themselves …
Verdammt teuer. werde ich nie kaufen.
annnnd it’ll disappear into obscurity just like the Jaguar and the Dreamcast and the Neogeo systems etc. Face it people third party consoles are going NO WHERE it’s all about Sony and Microsoft and with them making deals with the two leading graphics card designers I don’t see them encountering much opposition outside of each other for awhile. To other companies trying to get in the game…take a hint from past endeavors
this is a hard core rip off and will not sell at all because the specs for it are crap 128mbs of ddr3 ram that will not run hardley any video games
