You might have seen the post that is about “10 Vehicle Stopping Systems” and you might want to know what a runaway truck ramp is. I didn’t know these things existed. Apparently heavy trucks can get their air breaks broken if they over-use them and if that happens on a mountain pass, the downhill momentum will force the truck to keep on going. That is why humans have build runaway passes for trucks, or other vehicles. It’s a road generally made from gravel that will slow down trucks. Pretty useful…
