This is a very interesting documentary made by BBC talking about human/computer evolution. “It’s predicted that by 2029 computer intelligence will equal the power of the human brain. Some believe this will revolutionise humanity – we will be able to download our minds to computers extending our lives indefinitely. Others fear this will lead to oblivion by giving rise to destructive ultra intelligent machines.” VIDEO->
If you think about it this just seems like the natural progression of human beings and may be a good thing, but on the other hand the way we treat other creatures that we deem inferior (even our own kind) is worrisome what will these “Gods” we build or those humans who want to be upgraded deem us?
With great power comes great responsability…
