Finally a robot concept which helps guiding the blind. I haven’t seen too many, I always hope to see more of these types of robots because they are needed much more than a beer sipping robot. It’s probably very far from the precision of a dog but it has GPS guidance so it will be much better than a dog. The NSK robot provides obstacle avoidance and guide support to visually handicapped or blind people.
