The Xun Chi 138 is the smallest cell phone in the world with this type of features. With 2.64 inches long and less than two ounces in weight the phone features 260K color LCD. The most surprising part is that it even has a 1.3 megapixel camera, music player, USB connectivity and even a build-in handwriting recognition. However it has no keypad so you pick numbers from the screen. Too good to be this small!
