There is very little info on how they build a home made F1 or what are the technical specs on the car but here is what we know: It is a homemade model of Formula One car in Tangshan, Hebei Province, some 180km (113 miles) east of Beijing July 21, 2006. Brothers Zhao Xiushun and Zhao Xiuguo, who built the car from scrap metal, said they wanted to design and build the first Formula One racecar in China. Its not the specs that count, its the spirit!
