How To Run Correctly

This has nothing to do with high tech but rather high biomechanics. Im an avid runner and I enjoy seeing people run but what frustrates me the most is seeing people run incorrectly, hurting themselves for nothing. And when you ask them what is the proper way of running, they all think that they know just because once in the past they “ran”. Some high school gym teacher made them run laps around a track and since then they think they know how to run. The worst is that they will often try to tell me that I am the one who is wrong. So let’s end the debate for good and listen to a professional explain how to run.
