Very interesting, but your statement that an infinite number of monkeys would not produce the complete works of Shakespeare is incorrect.
Yes, the “experiment” with the monkeys in the zoo did just produce pages of “s” (and some faeces covered typewriters), but the number involved was about as far from infinite as you can get.
With an infinite number of monkeys, not only would they produce the works of Shakespeare, but they’d also produce every book, every play, every poem, every shopping list, everything ever written & everything that ever will be written. Of course, they’d also produce even vaster quantities of meaningless drivel as well.
