I am at the local YMCA gym every day since the past 5 months and the only days I miss is when I decide to run outside. To me looking at primitive machines daily was getting tireing. They introduced this cool treadmill where you can watch TV while running but technology that will impress me in the gym is something that I am still waiting for. The concept of these dumbbells might just be the technology to change the primitive gym landscape. You can adjust the weight by rotating few “gears” and selecting it digitally. Inside are small rotating balls that spin. The faster they spin the more weight they generate. Genius! But I probably won’t see this tomorrow.

im still not so sure how it works! i mean no matter how fast things rotate inside things, i dont think i does change its weight!
