I was from a generation where they would play Popeye Ths Sailor Man on T.V as the main cartoon and we would all think that spinach was the secret to be strong. Then as we grew up there were some rumors that spinach had nothing in it and that it was useless to eat. And now, in 2013 we hear that spinach kills cancer cells like Popeye kicks Brutus to save Olive. Again, always check the source of information yourself, this could very well be financed by the spinach industry and corporations but it is an interesting idea that spinach is more potent against cancer than any other salad. The narrator in this video is a distant cousin of the slow loris but the information is worth it.
