Solar-Powered Giant Winged Drones Can Replace Satellites

Satellites are expensive to make and sometimes even more to launch into space. Here comes an interesting cheaper alternative, solar powered drones. They could stay in the sky practically forever and do the same job a satellite can do, depending on the industry ofcourse. Circling the globe at an altitude of 65,000 feet, the Solara 50 would be kept aloft by its 50 meter/164 foot wings that are completely covered in solar panels. At the end of a mission the payload would be safely returned to earth.
