Great article. Superstring theory certainly helps explain some of the many questions which still remain unanswered regarding ‘our’ Universe.

We are indeed living in very exciting times, many long standing questions about the Universe in which we live will all become apparent with the advent of the Hadron Collider, the God Particle will certainly go some way to explaing superstring theory.
Not to mention the potential for creating black holes right here on Earth.

Yeah, I remember when we had some of them cans of that there ‘superstring’ stuff. We’d spray it around the house at each other and grandma was afraid it would stain the curtains….. Wait, what? that ain’t the same thing?
