This is the 666-meter Han River Bridge in Da Nang City, Vietnam which was just opened on March 29. It incorporates 15,000 LED lights to bring a fire-breathing dragon to life. The bridge, which was renovated starting July of 2009, was reopened to commemorate the 38th anniversary of the Da Nang City liberation. The bridge is worth $85 million.
